Coaching Relationship The coaching relationship begins when you book your first paid session and continues until terminated by either party with appropriate notice.

Session Policies

• Sessions are 60 minutes via secure video platform

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee

• Repeated no-shows may result in termination of the coaching relationship

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at time of booking

• Package payments are due in full at time of purchase

• No refunds for unused sessions, except in extraordinary circumstances at sole discretion of Soul Bloom Coaching

Professional Boundaries

• Our relationship is professional and limited to scheduled coaching sessions

• Gift-giving is not expected or encouraged

Termination Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with appropriate notice. Reasons for termination by Soul Bloom Coaching may include:

• Non-payment of fees

• Repeated violations of session policies

• Behavior that is threatening, abusive, or inappropriate

• Determination that coaching is not appropriate for client's needs

Limitation of Liability Soul Bloom Coaching's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
