Sometimes you don't need a map of the whole journey — you just need someone to show you exactly where you are.

What Happens in a Clarity Intensive
In 90 minutes together, I bring my full pattern recognition gift to your specific situation. Within the first few minutes of our conversation, I can usually identify the core dynamic keeping you stuck — which stage of transformation you're in, why the strategies that used to work have stopped, and what's trying to emerge through the breakdown.
You leave with the core pattern named clearly, an understanding of what's really happening beneath the surface confusion, a framework for making sense of what you're experiencing, specific next steps and practices you can use immediately, and a recording of the session to revisit as you integrate.

Now. Using the From Seed to Bloom approach, we move through whatever stage of transformation you're in — with clarity, compassion, and more than a little curiosity about what's trying to emerge.

Others it means practical tools, new frameworks, or simply having someone in your corner who can see what you can't. Sacred Energy Bloom
For those who sense something is blocking them — and can't quite name what it is.
Sometimes the pattern isn't just psychological. Sometimes it lives deeper — in the body, in the energy field, in places that talk therapy and coaching don't always reach. That's what this work is for.
Sacred Energy Bloom sessions are highly individualized. We begin with a conversation to identify exactly where you feel stuck and what you're hoping to create on the other side of the clearing. From there the work becomes energetic — identifying where energy has become heavy or stagnant, what needs to be released, forgiven, or reclaimed, and bringing in new possibility to fill the spaces that open up.
People are often surprised by how quickly something shifts. What felt immovable before the session frequently feels lighter, clearer, or simply different by the end. Not because anything magical happened — because something real did.
This work pairs beautifully with ongoing soul coaching, or can be experienced as a powerful standalone session whenever you feel called to it.
