Individual Spiritual Coaching

Each session is tailored to where you are in your journey—whether you're planting new seeds of awareness, tending to growing insights, or ready to bloom into your authentic self. You'll develop practical tools for conscious living while being supported through the sacred passages of transformation.

Couples Sacred MIrror Work
For those who choose to explore growth with their partner
Couples sessions honor relationship as a sacred mirror for mutual growth and healing. Together, we'll explore how your partnership can become a safe haven where you're truly seen and known, transforming triggers into opportunities for deeper connection and teamwork through the growth process.
This work helps you understand how early life experiences and childhood patterns show up in your current relationship, even when they're no longer relevant or helpful. We'll explore the dynamic dance of healthy masculine and feminine energies within your relationship (regardless of gender) and support you both in developing healthy interdependence.
Both partners participate in each session as we work to transform conflict into connection, projection into ownership, and individual growth into shared evolution.

Sacred Energy Bloom
For those ready to clear what's blocking their creative power
Energy work sessions are highly individualized experiences designed to identify and transform heavy energy that's impeding your ability to create the life you desire. We begin each session with a conversation to identify your specific stuck point and clarify your "north star"—what you're hoping to create after the energetic clearing.
Together, we'll pinpoint where energy has become stagnant or heavy and determine what you need to declare, forgive, or reclaim to transform the old patterns. As we clear these energetic blocks, new light is brought in to fill any spaces that have been opened, supporting your capacity to move forward with greater ease and alignment.
These sessions can be particularly powerful for those feeling stuck in repetitive patterns, struggling with creative blocks, or sensing that something energetic is holding them back from their desired life.
