Sacred Sexuality Workshop Root & Sacral Chakras — A 3-Hour Embodiment Experience
Sunday, July 19 9:30 - 12:30
Ripples to Remembering, 342 Sanford Rd., Alfred, ME
Your body is not an obstacle to the sacred. It is the portal.
Something lives in you that has been waiting — a quiet aliveness underneath the armor, the numbness, the performing. Sacred sexuality is not about what happens between two people. It begins with what happens within yourself: your relationship to safety, to pleasure, to creative life force, to your own desire.
This workshop brings together a licensed clinical psychologist and a pelvic floor physical therapist for a grounded, science-meets-spirit experience. In just three hours, you'll move through the two energy centers most intimately tied to how you inhabit your body — and begin to remember what you may not have known you'd forgotten.
What you'll experience
Grounding & safety practices rooted in earth energy and your right to simply exist
Boundary embodiment — learning what a full-body yes and a full-body no actually feel like
Pelvic floor education from a licensed PT, trauma-informed and accessible to everyone
Hip liberation through movement as a conversation with your creative and sexual life force
Self-assessment tools and integration to carry your insights home
A take-home workbook with reflection prompts and a personal pleasure menu practice
This is for you if...
You feel disconnected from your body or your desire
Pleasure feels like something you have to earn
You want to feel safe enough to fully let go — and don't yet
You're ready to stop performing and start feeling
You're curious about what healing through the body actually looks like
This workshop is for women. It does not require you to be healed first. It meets you exactly where you are.
